Unicode字符编码报错

报错解决办法:
- 编码时,先用
encodeURIComponent
对字符串进行编,再用btoa
进行Base64编码; - 解码时,先用
atob
对Base64编码的串进行解码,再用decodeURIComponent
对字符串进行解码
