方法二：（推荐）
①在解决方案管理器中对应的文件夹右击“添加引用”----选择.net引用下的Microsoft.VisualBasic；
②在你要实现转换功能的aspx.cs文件中添加命名空间：using Microsoft.VisualBasic
③ 通过下面的方法可以直接实现转换，很方便吧！一句话就可以了~所以推荐这个方法
